  • Design, implement, and maintain cryogenic chambers capable of achieving and sustaining temperatures as low as -196°C.
  • Develop redundant safety systems to prevent temperature fluctuations and equipment failure.
  • Optimize cooling cycles to minimize energy consumption and maximize storage efficiency.
  • Collaborate with biologists to ensure the chambers meet biological preservation requirements.
  • Integrate cryogenic systems with human biological needs, including designing interfaces for biological specimens or entire organisms.
  • Develop biocompatible sensors for monitoring preserved samples (e.g., oxygen levels, hydration).
  • Collaborate with cryobiologists to tailor preservation systems to specific tissues or organs.

Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in Cryogenics, or a closely related field.
  • Deep knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and phase change phenomena.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced materials capable of withstanding cryogenic temperatures without degradation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Work with the founders to develop an investment model that allows cryopreserved clients' capital to grow during their preservation period.
  • Ensure clients' funds are effectively managed and returned upon their resuscitation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in startups or biotech companies.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and investment management.
  • Experience with wealth management and developing innovative financial products.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
